Payment


We accept all major Credit Cards and ACH debits through Square.


Shipping
We offer to ship in the contiguous United States Only. 


US ORDERS:
We use the carrier with the best price. All US shipping includes delivery confirmation/tracking. Please confirm the shipping rate with us when you order. Please keep these following things in mind.


1) We will honor our shipping quote even if they charge us extra due to local delivery charges or fuel upgrades


2) We will not cover charges due to the consignee (you) changing the delivery address after it has been shipped, changing the method of delivery or missing the appointment or other services that are not included in a curbside delivery


3) It can take the freight company up to a week to deliver to you


4) We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to inclement weather


We rarely have damaged items, but in the event of a damage claim, it is important that you keep all packaging and crating materials. Inform the driver/delivery personnel of the damage before they leave the package. Please take photos of the packaging materials, shipping container, and of the damages to your item(s). Additionally, please contact the MetalTree within 24 hours to report damage and receive further instruction.

We will ship a regular order within three days of payment confirmation. Custom order will be shipped at agreed upon time frame.
At our cost we purchase insurance for your item for added protection, please contact us for details.
Residential shipments require a 4-hour window to assure someone is available to sign for the shipment. Once your shipment reaches the closest delivery terminal, you will be contacted to set-up delivery date and time. Special delivery arrangements can be made, although most will require additional charges.


Typical deliveries are to the tailgate of a tractor-trailer or box truck. If the item is heavy, the vehicle may be equipped with a lift-gate. The lift-gate can lower the item to the curbside, front porch or garage. It is your responsibility to bring the item into your home or office unless inside delivery is part of the service agreement and signed house bills.


Refunds and Exchanges
Repair or Replacement Policy Refunds and Exchanges Please check your listing carefully, we build custom pieces as laid out in listing and will not accept a return for items that are the wrong size, color or other detail but was built to the listing specs. Custom items are not returnable and cannot be canceled. All Products are considered to be in good condition and error-free when delivered unless a material Defect or Order error is reported by Client to MetalTree LLC by e-mail (Jeffmtfurniture@gmail.com), or phone (417-
719-2936) within five (5) -business days of Product delivery to the shipping address on record. The client should inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival, this includes unpacking and visually looking over the products before signing for them with the freight company. Once the product is signed for the insurance is VOID. The client needs to inform the driver of any damage and follow proper procedures to ensure coverage. Defective Products and Products delivered in error may be returned to Metal Tree Furniture only after obtaining a Return Authorization from MetalTree LLC. “Defects” are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the Products. If Client finds a defect in any product or component of the product within 90 days from delivery (provided the product(s) were properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal conditions, the client must report such defect during the allotted 90 day period to MetalTree LLC by e-mail (support@metaltreefurniture.com), or phone (417-719-2936) Defective Products may be returned to MetalTree LLC by prepaid freight at client’s expense only after obtaining a Return Authorization from MetalTree LLC. If after inspection any such returned Product is determined by MetalTree LLC to qualify for this repair or replacement policy, Metal Tree LLC will at our option, repair or replace the Product free of charge. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES) Repair or replacement of products does not extend its return or exchange to include shipping. Shipping to and from is always at clients' expense unless prior arrangments are made. We carefully inspect and photograph each item prior to shipment, as well as require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us at 417-719-2936 immediately. Void of 100% Quality Guarantee for the following reasons: • Handcrafted wood furniture will have natural variations in grains, color, and material characteristics such as knots, abrasions, pitch pockets, and streaks. These are not considered defects, because of the use of natural materials and the handcrafted nature of our products. The quality guarantee does not cover minor variations and colors between illustrations (which is represented online) and your individual piece. • Slight variations in appearance (normal shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks, minor warping, etc.) which
result from normal expansion and contraction of wood as it responds to climate changes within the home. • Damage or appearance changes from improper care or improper storage after delivery • Damage from exposure to extremely high or low humidity, rapid temperature changes, sunlight after delivery. • Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, improper use, or negligence after delivery; including but not limited to burns, scuffs, or scratches, watermarks or staining, pet damage, damage from cleaning products, or improper cleaning and maintenance (using excessive amounts of any liquid or letting spills sit for an extended period of time). Wood does best in moderate temperatures of 68° - 75° with a relative humidity of 50-55%. Frequent and sudden changes in humidity or temperature can be particularly damaging. Wood is most likely to crack when conditions suddenly change from hot and humid to cool and dry. Place furniture away from all heat sources, including radiators, fireplaces, and unshaded windows. If the furniture is placed near an air duct, use a shield to direct heat away. Direct heat from sunlight can damage wood, but ultraviolet rays can also damage finishes and bleach the wood underneath. Prolonged exposure can cause a finish to crack. Keep the furniture out of direct sunlight, and if that is not possible, reduce the amount of light impacting the piece as much as possible with window shades, blinds, or drapes. Avoid allowing sunlight to hit only part of a surface, as this can create the most spot-bleaching, warping, and other damage caused by non-uniform ultraviolet exposure, and intense, localized temperature and humidity changes. Placing hot items on a wood surface can cause burns or chemically change the finish and discolor it. We recommend the use of heat-protective accessories. An overheating laptop can also damage the finish, or even cause the underlying wood to split or crack if used in the same place for prolonged periods. Clean furniture regularly, since body oils, fingerprints, and perspiration can harm finishes over time. Keep chemicals such as nail polish remover, alcohol, cologne, or solvents away from the furniture. Standard Wood Finish Surfaces should be cleaned periodically with a cloth dampened with a non-wax product containing a polish or mild detergent. The use of ammonia-based or silicone-based cleaners may harm the finish and voids this warranty. Oil & Wax Finish We recommend applying oil and wax 1-2 times per year for maintenance, and cleaning according to the recommendations [See care sheet ] of our finish manufacturer, AFM. The use of ammonia-based products or dust cleaners may harm the finish and voids this warranty.
